你这个问题还真从来没听说过。
如果是做爱后龟头部分有脓包啥的还能大概确定有性病的可能
但是阴茎根部长脓包，没听过，是不是由于你们性爱后，不做卫生处理，引发了毛囊感染？
多注意卫生吧！性爱前要双方都清洗，性爱结束后也要清洗了再休息。
