挺不错的，楼主分享了几件小时候的事情，估计也对你当时心理冲击挺大的
其实中国的基层就是这么混乱无序。很多大道理法规政策之类只能执行到大城市和大单位，到了最低层就是靠人，人心向善，弱者幸福，人心向恶，弱者倒霉
